Due to CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE Section 1723, we cannot ACCEPT exchanges or returns of opened, used, or worn (TRIED ON) merchandise unless defective. No RETURNS ACCEPTED on all Men & Women Sun Glasses, Swimwear, Thongs, Jockstraps, Costumes/Outfits, all Bra's & Body Shapers and Lingerie.

NO RETURNS / EXCHANGE on all SALE & CLEARANCE items. Restocking fee of 20% will apply on all returned products (regular price item) plus the cost of shipping. Restocking fee of 50% will apply if you returned the entire order (regular price item) plus cost of shipping.

Simply contact us with a brief explanation as to why you were not satisfied with the product and we will happily send you a Return Authorization Number and tell you where to send the product(s) to be returned. In order for us to refund or store credit (for on sales items) you for any returns or exchanges, it is important that we receive all returned products WITHIN 7 DAYS of the returns request in the same "BRAND NEW" condition as you received it, including all original packaging. If returning apparel, all original tags (if any) must be included and clothing must not be worn or washed. We will happily offer another product of your choice as an exchange or offer a credit or refund for the amount you paid. If the returned item was a gift, we regret that cannot give you a refund but we will happily offer a credit for the value of the returned product.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items may also be returned for a replacement or refund. Please, send us a few photos of the defective or damaged areas including the tags attached with the bar code number and the packaging as well. As we return all defective/damaged merchandise to the original supplier, it is very important that you do not discard any item and its packaging prior to contacting us. We regret that we cannot consider any replacements or refunds for products you cannot return to us upon request. We also regret that we cannot refund any shipping fees you incur when returning products to us unless it was due to an error on our part. We will, however, happily pay any postage costs in sending the replacement item of your choice. We highly recommend that you use a delivery method that offers a traceable, insured service as we cannot offer any refunds for returned products that go missing or are damaged in transit, therefore, please take care in packing returned products well. In the case of exchanges, please let us know which item(s) you would like as a replacement as soon as possible so we can have it ready to ship out to you upon receiving your return. Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take up to 5-21 days for us to receive your parcel. If you placed your order with a credit card, a credit will be applied to your account, and should appear on your statement usually within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. If you ordered by money order, a refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail.
** Also, note that MalestromOnline is not responsible if the client REFUSED delivery of the parcel for any reason (ex. Customs Taxes) or wrong address / incomplete address was provided when you placed the order. Upon receiving the parcel back from OUR carrier, we will notify you via email for feature instructions from you to re-shipped the parcel. Re-shipping cost will apply accordingly and we cannot apply a REFUND for this order because of your ACTION. All other Returns & Exchanges Policy apply. Final.
